Sold 4/25 for $1.2M and it's smaller, not as well located but it was REALLY well done. Look at the features and design touches shown in these photos and create a product that sells over $1M. Subject has the same vaulted ceilings and with $125k it will likely look better than this. We have been very conservative and used $925k as ARV but this comp highlights that you could go much higher with the right decisions on work.
