We’ve budgeted for:
Kitchen: We budgeted for new cabinets, appliances, counters, and paint in the kitchen. For a quicker flip, you could reface the existing cabinets.
Main Level Bathroom: We’ve budget to rehab the entire bathroom, yet you could simply install a new vanity, paint, and deep clean it to save on rehab costs.
